Chiltern Place collect and process the data listed above in order for our Sales Team and Sales Agents to contact you about your property interest and to follow up on any visits you have made to this development. We may also use the data for our statistical and reporting purposes. As you voluntarily register your interest with us, our processing of your personal data is on the basis of your consent. Where we process it for our own internal statistical purposes, it is in our legitimate business interests to do so. You can tell us at any time if you are no longer interested in the property and we will delete your details from our records and not contact you again. In any event, we will delete your data once we no longer need it, and in any case after two years.
